About “lifetime”: it covers the lifetime of the product and includes all future updates to the core Pro experience. Optional future features that carry ongoing third-party costs (e.g. bank sync, AI assistance, or licensed real-time market data) may be offered as separate paid add-ons. Lifetime is non-transferable and limited to a Founder cohort.
Do you connect to my bank?
No. By design, CoastFI never asks for bank logins. You add holdings, debts, and spending manually or by importing CSV statements — your financial data stays yours.
What happens when the trial ends?
You keep your data. If you don’t upgrade, the app drops to the Free plan’s features — nothing is deleted.
Can I use multiple currencies?
Yes — that’s the point. Every holding, debt, and transaction keeps its own currency, and Pro adds per-currency and per-card insights for life across countries.
Is the Free plan really free?
Yes. Local mode runs entirely in your browser with no account required.
